I had the great pleasure of working with Jem in the re-presentation of my mother's house for sale. Importantly, we managed this with me living in Melbourne, and the property located in Mollymook. The house had been on the market for 18 months, with no buyer. While neat and tidy, it was empty and uninspiring.

Jem is a great communicator, and made me feel very comfortable. She had loads of great ideas, and we were able to put most of them into fruition. Part of the plan was to simplify the garden: a prize winning garden which may have put buyers off in terms of maintenance. I was reluctant, but it turned out to be the correct move. Jem has a really good eye, and put together stunning combinations in each room. As an artist myself, I could really appreciate her skills. The overall impact of the newly styled property was incredible; inspiring the estate agent team, and bringing fabulous feedback from the open house inspections. The photos on the website encouraged many more potential buyers.

We have now sold the property and I thank Jem sincerely for her role in a successful result.

Thanks to Jem for helping me restyle my home. I had a new timber floor laid and decided it was time to redecorate. I didn’t know where to start. Jem came to the rescue, and as soon as she walked in to my home she could see different options. We discussed my needs and Jem had an idea that I would never have thought of myself.
